During the ordering process you will be asked to agree to the Return Conditions as described on this page. If you agree, you waive the right of withdrawal.

If a digital key does not work, we will provide a replacement key. We will first check your current installation and solve the problems if necessary. Warranty can be requested by contacting us, we advise you to do this by email or WhatsApp, including screenshots of the exact messages you encounter. This way we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
